Dear Sir / Madam,
pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that we will come into possession, for the purposes of protecting persons
and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you of the following:
1. Purpose of the processing
The App uses the following devices of the mobile device:
- video camera;
- local storage data area.
Camera data
The data acquired by a video camera is only used for the interpretation of QR codes.
QR Code is only used to register the mobile device on the platform;
An App-specific local data area contains data generated by the App itself.
The App does not use data stored in the device other than those generated by the application itself.
Transferred Data
The following data are sent to the server in a completely anonymous manner in order to facilitate the identification of the device:

The acquired data is saved in an anonymous manner on the local storage area of the device.
3. Provision of data
No data of any kind is requested from the user.
The system does not store user data. The information obtained from the camera is used to register the device on the Web Server.
4. Communication and dissemination of data
The data is not subject to communication or dissemination.
5. Data Controller

6. Rights of the interested party
At any time, you can exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
a) ask for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the rectification and cancellation of data;
d) obtain the limitation of the processing;
e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
f) oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;
h) ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can exercise your rights with a written request sent to the data controller, to the postal address of the registered office or to the email address.

Gentile Signore/a, ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 ed in relazione alle informazioni di cui si entrerà in possesso, ai fini
della tutela delle persone e altri soggetti in materia di trattamento di dati personali, si informa di quanto segue:
1. Finalità del Trattamento
L'App utilizza i seguenti apparati del dispositivo mobile:
- videocamera;
- area dati locale
Dati Videocamera
I dati acquisiti tramite videocamera sono utilizzati unicamente
per l'autenticazione del dispositivo presso il centro di controllo.
Area dati locale
E' un'area dati locale specifica dell'App che contiene dati generati dall'App stessa. L'App non fa
uso di dati archiviati nel dispositivo altri da quelli generati dall'applicativo stesso.
2. Modalità del Trattamento
L'App conserva unicamente un codice anonimo per l'autenticazione sul centro di controllo.
3. Conferimento dei dati
Non vengono richiesti dati di alcun tipo all'utente. Il sistema non archivia dati dell'utente.
Le informazioni ricavate dalla telecamera sono conservate in forma anonima sul dispositivo.
4. Comunicazione e diffusione dei dati
I dati non sono soggetti a comunicazione né a diffusione.
5. Titolare del Trattamento

6. Diritti dell’interessato
In ogni momento, Lei potrà esercitare, ai sensi degli articoli dal 15
al 22 del Regolamento UE n. 2016/679, il diritto di:
a) chiedere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di propri dati personali;
b) ottenere le indicazioni circa le finalità del trattamento, le categorie dei dati personali, i destinatari o le categorie di destinatari a cui i dati personali sono stati o saranno comunicati e, quando possibile, il periodo di conservazione;
c) ottenere la rettifica e la cancellazione dei dati;
d) ottenere la limitazione del trattamento;
e) ottenere la portabilità dei dati, ossia riceverli da un titolare del trattamento,in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, e trasmetterli ad un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti;
f) opporsi al trattamento in qualsiasi momento ed anche nel caso di trattamento per finalità di marketing diretto;
g) opporsi ad un processo decisionale automatizzato relativo alle persone fisiche, compresa la profilazione; h) chiedere al titolare del trattamento l’accesso ai dati personali e la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi o la limitazione del trattamento che lo riguardano o di opporsi al loro trattamento, oltre al diritto alla portabilità dei dati;
i) revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prestato prima della revoca;
j) proporre reclamo a un’autorità di controllo. Può esercitare i Suoi diritti con richiesta scritta inviata al titolare del trattamento dei dati, all'indirizzo postale della sede legale o all’indirizzo mail.
